Just been over to the dark side and read this...is it a wind up or has this guy got no shame whatsoever. The last paragraph made me laugh......

United these days remind me so much of Liverpool in the late 80's/early 90's.

I grew up a Liverpool fan and vividly remember as that decade drew to a close the feeling of seeing my team get pulled back towards the pack where once we had dominated. It was gut-wrenching. Especially as I live in Manchester.

Thank god I then found United and a new love was born. The last few seasons have reminded me of that feeling. I do not want to go through it again. I could never support city, they are a plastic club but United these days are so hard to be around.

I'm despondent.

Haha that has to be a blue on a wind up, doesn’t it?

Tbh, I thought we played "OK". Our ball retention was in the main good, with just the odd stay pass. But we didn't half fuck about at the edge of their penalty area. Far too much of our usual "to you", "no, to you", "no you", "oh bugger, I seem to have been tackled". Or alternatively just running into opponents and hoping the ball bounces favourably. I was uninspired for most of the match in this respect. And Sane on the right for most of the game?

What won it for us, was that the rags were nothing short of terrible. They had a go for about 5 minutes, but other than that, just sat back and let us control the game. Shocking performance from them. And not meaning to come over ragish, but they are a lot better than that. They played terribly.

It had nothing to do with Uniteds shambolic performance..... give a little credit to the city performance, we pressed them into submission which resulted in there inability to keep hold of the ball or invariably go long...

Don't underestimate the impact sterling playing through the middle had on them, it totally flummoxed there back line and they were scared to death of gabby and sane running at them, I lost count the amount of time they panicked and launched it forward..

That 'fucking about' on the edge of the box afforded us the ability to shift there back line all over the show and pin back the fullbacks, it's called wearing them down!

Are sky showing on loop the elbows on Silva and KDB by RoJo and Matic yesterday or did I imagine seeing them?

This guy used to work in home bargains in Clayton but I think he works in the droylsden one now. Used to see him in there all the time

I've seen that, and if that's not some blue on the piss take, then this sad fucker typifies the overwhelming majority of their fan base.
Grew up, in Manchester, for fucks sake, supported the Dippers because they were winning a bit, then switched to the Rags when they started sliding.
This sort of wanker should not be allowed out without a carer.
