Uwe Rosler.

Bee fan in peace,

Hi City, Really want to say a huge thanks for all the wonderful messages of support on this site for Uwe & Brentford. I've just read of your postings & was overwhelmed and moved by your uncondition love & support you have for Uwe and also, for your interests in the Bees. Both our fans are so used to failure and huge diappointment, although I'm happy to now see City are a totally new football club compared to the days when Uwe played for you. Thanks again for all your kind words of support & for your interest in a small club in west London. Best of luck at Wembley on Saturday against Wigan - really hope City win, but more importantly, I truly hope City can regain the league title next season from the other lot in Manchester! Best wishes ladies & gents. Malc

Cheers for the kind words, and best of luck for the final Malc.
Brentford are the only London club I have time for, mainly due to Uwe, as the rest are varying shades of horrible.
The Stoke-esque shirts are a bit on the red side, but at least you don't play football like those six-fingered inbreeds.
One small point - the other lot don't come from Manchester, but other than that enjoy your big day, as most folk on here will be rooting for the Bees.

Really hope you win at Wembley. It was some achievement not to let the horrors of the last league game of the season to stop you getting through to the final. Good luck, Brentford.

Great post and best of luck Malc.

Stick around pal, always good to have articulate/educated fans of other clubs on the site.

Thanks for all the kind words and messages of support. Really hoping for a Wembley double. City have been my 2nd team for the last 10 years due to my brother in law being from Manchester.

I have a ticket for Saturday and will be wearing my lucky blue shirt (6 wins, 1 draw, 0 defeats) that I wear to city games. The only city game I didn't wear it to was the community shield against the rags. Sorry about that.

Roll on Saturday and the 19th.

Smashing posts there Malc and kempy. Uwe is very fondly remembered by us blues, and we're delighted to see him making progress as a young manager new-ish to the management lark. Thanks for the best wishes for this saturday, and I hope you complete the job against the cider drinkers on the 19th.

Been following Brentfords results for the last couple of seasons now, cracking club and a decent set of fans
