Wow, thanks for the kind reply's - really didn't expect all that!!! Delighted with the one - nil win tonight over WBA. City are now officially my 2nd team. You supporters are so welcoming it's untrue!!! Somebody on here mentioned our postponed FA Cup tie in the mid 1990's at Griffin Park - I remembered this game fondly as I brought along my manager who was / still is a massive City fan. Our nearby pubs were full of City fans & they mingled with Bees fans brilliantly - the atmosphere was great without any hint of trouble. In the re-arranged game, City won one - nil, georgi kinkladze (I think) scored. Actually, I think Uwe may have played in that game too. City have come a long way since those dark days & I'm so delighted they are now considered the best in the country & throughout europe. Was recently in Spain (Basque country) and the locals kept talking about City & especially about Sergio Aguero and David Silva - think City has a big following in San Sebastian!!! Just one question, what do you guys think will happen to Roberto If say, City don't win the title next season or perhaps, not be so successful in the Champions League? Do you think Mansour bin Zayed would get rid of him? Personally I hope not as I like Mancini as a manager, but I guess you guys would know best. Anyhow, I'd love to keep in touch with the Bluemoon team on here - hope I don't bore you all with Brentford drivel!!! Incidently, we have a shocking record in the play-offs & even worst record at Wembley!!! Thank you so much for your time everyone!!! Malc

Just want to wish you all the best for the play off final fella

City winning the cup and Brentford winning the Play offs would be wonderful.

BTW please stay on here, you are welcome as long as you you hate the rags :)

We love Uwe Rosler and one day i would love to see him manage City

Cheers Rasca - the rags being United? Yeah, literally hate those more than Fulham or QPR. Old Whisky nose is so arrogant & conceited. And plus, United fans think the whole world evolves round them! No, they are scum!

Best of luck for the final! My first cousins are Brentford fans so I'll be rooting for them.

Best of luck or he play-off final, Warren, Malc and Kempy.

I've had an interest in Brentford's results since long before Uwe became your manager. I used to be mates with a Bees' supporter, though we've unfortunately lost touch now.

I would love to see a City / Brentford double and I will watch your game if I possibly can.

Once again, good luck.

Hey guys,

Just thought I'd bring to your attention an auction taking place on the Brentford fans messageboard "The Griffin Park Grapevine" (GPG) which is raising money for a football team in Feltham (Feltham Bees).
Feltham Bees are teams of disabled boys and girls up to the age of 20.

Recently the fans took to the Griffin Park pitch to play a game to help raise money for the team, and have items up for auction - most recently a signed football from the squad raising £100.

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.griffinpark.org/forums/showthread.php?t=104539" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.griffinpark.org/forums/showt ... p?t=104539</a> - the match
<a class="postlink" href="http://www.griffinpark.org/forums/showthread.php?t=105441" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.griffinpark.org/forums/showt ... p?t=105441</a> - the signed football

The reason I am here is that the next item is a signed photo of Uwe, where he scored against Manchester United. I'm sure a true Manchester City fan would love this.
If so, please follow the below link to place a bid (registration required, but its for a good cause).
Please note, once item has been won, the auction leader will attempt to go back to Uwe to get him to write a personal message to the winning bidder too... Please consider - Many thanks for reading.
