worse than that lads, when I whinged to them about the wrong information being given by the ticket line (the ones the club tells you to use and we have to pay for) I was told "that ticket line is nothing to do with the club". What other organisation that charges so much money to its customers could subcontract a key customer services operation and then say "it's got nothing to do with us"?! Shit and treated like springs to mind
