The lack of VAR has, so far resulted in a 4 point turnround with Liverpool. We would have been 2 points up with the handball goal at Wolves and they would have only drawn at Spurs with the cast iron-but not given pen in the last couple of minutes.
yes the problem that was highlighted this weekend was this element of clear doubt, and if the ref just blows and asks for VAR at the mearest waft of fingers on shirt, then the VAR ref isnt going to overturn it if there's contact, no matter how gentle. Up VAR's shitty creek without Mike Dean's paddle.
