Interesting development, hopefully it will improve things:

'The time needed to make a VAR offside decision should be reduced from an average of 70 seconds to 25, while fans inside the stadiums and viewers watching on television will be provided with a 3D animation to clearly show the offside'.

Except two grounds in the PL whose clubs can't afford to install screens. Utter joke. Surely all PL grounds have to comply with certain requirements similar to lower league clubs. It should be a stipulation that PL clubs must have at least two large screens installed for this purpose otherwise they can't play in the league.

If the 2 clubs without were say Fulham and Bournemouth it’s nailed on that would be the case.

Not holding my breath on the last sentence .

When it comes to the PL, I suppose the scum and scouse will be exempt from having the cameras installed! ;-)

I didn't realise it had been tested at the Etihad.
It was tested v the dippers last season. PiGMOL was really impressed on the accuracy it displayed in ruling Sterling's "goal" offside.
