I have a sister in law who literally can't shut up about it and she shows all the family children pictures of animals being slaughtered to the family children, she's not allowed near any of my childrens children at all. As I say I'm pretty much a vegetarian that falls of the wagon every now and then when the craving hits but vegans like all extremists in my opinion are cruel people by and large.

I think there's a community aspect to veganism that vegans like, at least the ones I know seem to give off that vibe. Like a religion, football club, Doctor Who fan club (I know they're very different, that's the point). If so, I suppose that makes my opinion almost pointless given that veganism could serve a greater purpose.

Basically, I'm a fan of anything that can bring people together.
 
I eat shit loads of meat. Shit loads. But I think vegans should be respected and not ridiculed. If eating meat really does affect climate change as much as cowspiracy made out then history will not remember the belittling of vegans kindly. That's just the selfish reasons and not even going into the debate of killing and mistreating animals that are very clearly sentient

Veganism will change as now it becomes more mainstream and just another diet choice people do fully or partially thenthe gobshite attention seekers who did it as a fad to say 'look at me' will fuck it off and become nutarians or fruitarians and tell you digging up carrota is akin to grave robbing.

Genuine Vegan will carry on quietly eating their greens and if that is their choice, so be it
