Viagogo Barca Away

Thinking of ordering 2 over there weekend. Have people received theirs? How long did it take for delivery and do the tickets seem legit?

anyone who has bought off viagogo in the last week recieved any tickets yet?
bought ours 2 days ago still says waiting to be dispatched on the track your order.

As i posted in the other thread, i ordered 2 single tickets from viagogo.com on Tuesday 4th Feb, (24 days ago). I ordered 2 singles because 2 together were nearly twice the price, and these were (relatively) cheap this way (you have to keep your sense of humour at £170 a pop. As i posted previously, one arrived in less than 24 hours. The other has been awaiting despatch ever since.........................


UNTIL 10 MINS AGO

ticket has now been despatched, and should arrive tomorrow. i'll admit i was starting to get worried, but everything seems to be legit, just silly money, but hey City are worth it!!

Sorry, hadn't seen this thread when I posted on the main Barca away thread. So I ordered mine on 19 Feb and I still hadn't had an update saying that they'd been sent so I just called Viagogo Spain (lots of pressing 1 hoping that I'd end up with an English-speaking human in the end which I did!) and he recommended that I changed the address to a Barcelona-based address. Luckily I work for an international company so am having it delivered to the Barcelona office but he also suggested having it delivered to my hotel so perhaps worth doing that if anybody is getting desperate and has to set off.

He also said that they *should* be there by Friday but "In Spain things are sometimes different and it may be Monday". He reassured me by saying that they're a regular seller on Viagogo (blatantly just FC Barcelona themselves) so I would be absolutely fine and he "could guarantee it" but that I'd be fully reimbursed if I didn't receive the tickets........cheers mate!

mine also waiting to be dispatched. They do say you will receive them 3 days before the event, but its getting close now

Contacted viagogo today, was getting worried, they have changed the delivery address to the hotel I am staying in, bloke on phone said it us quite normal fir tickets to be sent close to the game. Would advise you do this now, you don't want to be forking out a wedge for tickets only for them to be here when you are en route.

Did exactly that, changing the address to the hotel.
Still not 100% certain they will come though

Should be ok, they say they guarantee to have the tickets there 3 days before the event. If the worse comes to the worst, you should be able to claim a refund off them, or via your credit card co.

Hopefully won't come to that, make sure the hotel know they need to sign for it though.
