So what happens with the €25 delivery charge? Ill be phoning them for a refund seen as though I will be meeting them to pick it up.

Just received the same email.
The 25 Euro delivery fee is now quoted as a 25 Euro 'handling fee'
Also the order has disappeared when I log onto my Viagogo account??
But if I track the order number it does say 'available for pick up'

Eventually managed to get through to an English speaking assistant and they are now sending ours to the hotel.
I paid using paypal so I will definitely get my money back if I don't get the tickets but it's all a bit shambolic.

It's option 1 twice and then option 9 if that helps!

Got through mate they are refunding my delivery charge.
Has anybody who bought tickets in the General Section received their tickets? I would like to know if you are allocated a seat or if you can sit where you want. I am going to buy 3 tickets off viagogo but it is much cheaper to buy 3 separate tickets than 3 together.

Hi mate. I've got mine & it has an individual seat number on it.

Cheers mate. Decided to get 3 separate as much cheaper. Pickup on match day.

Got my email today saying postage amount will be in my account 3-4 working days after kicking off on the phone they told me to change address to my hotel which I did then got another email saying collect from hotel nr ground, it's just a big scam, legalised ticket touting!!!
