I've met her, she's nice, blue through and through i think she's been at the club for around 9 years now.
Trying to get hold of her is like trying to get an audience with the pope though ask DH about the pass saga.
I think between us, we must have sent around 6/8 e-mails but no response, i'm sure she's very busy though
