I know it may sound stupid but i have the same problem and it is usually sorted by plugging my charger in! It then stops freezing and jumping.

Look in power management settings, your battery profile is probably throttling CPU speed down.

I can't watch them on Firefox 5, which is what I usually use but they're fine on IE on mine.

Same here, ever since I downloaded Firefox 5, I get the message " A problem occurred while loading this video. Please try again "

No problems with watching them on laptop, but they won't play on iPad as apple doesn't support adobe flash player!

Ever since I've got my new laptop, the videos on the OS have been running slowly and not working properly. And it seems I can only watch the videos if the website decides to show them in low quality.

Can anyone help?

Wierd. The OS videos run in almost HD quality, sound is fine, with no, stopping/buffering.

Try a different browser. I use Google Chrome.

Could it be that your watching Jamie Pollock sprinting after the ball ?

Just downloaded Adobe Flash 10.3 and it solved the problem for me.
