Also you Google Chrome it is the best browser out there.
 
I know it may sound stupid but i have the same problem and it is usually sorted by plugging my charger in! It then stops freezing and jumping.

Look in power management settings, your battery profile is probably throttling CPU speed down.

Wierd. The OS videos run in almost HD quality, sound is fine, with no, stopping/buffering.

Try a different browser. I use Google Chrome.
