Does anyone else have problems watching them? I have a really good laptop and have no problems watching videos on other things so i'm confident its not my laptop but ever since they put videos on the website they've not worked properly for me. The picture quality and everything is fine but they always crash and start loading again all the way through every video i watch on there and it does my head in

I know what you mean, I have problems with them occasionally. If its constantly buffering it could be your internet connection? I have found a few bugs in the OS but I am sure they will be ironed out.

Had a few issues when the OS was first launched but fine now. Just watched the trailer for BlueMoonRising (again) and apart from the size of the screen its like being at the Cintra at Harpurhey or the Empire on Factory Lane.
Thats what i was trying to watch and it kept crashing, might be my internet as said. We're with talk talk and our box is a right tempermental little fucker

always been fine on my MAC...

but when i try watch them at work, sometimes they play and the screen freezes.. so i need to try about 50 times to get through a whole video..

Make sure you have an upto date version of Internet Explorer installed on your PC/Laptop (IE 7 or 8 should be fine).

Also make sure you have the latest version of Flash installed:-

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/</a>

If you are still having problems, it might have something to do with your internet settings. Change the settings to allow all cookies.

If you are still having problems, download Firefox web browser, and launch the internet from here:-

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.google.co.uk/search?sourceid=navclient&hl=en-GB&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4ADBF_en-GBGB304GB305&q=firefox" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.google.co.uk/search?sourceid ... &q=firefox</a>

Hope this helps!
