I would expect the deal to be concluded tomorrow then, or by far Friday.

I've no idea what the timescales are, but it does seem we are signing him permanently, not on loan. No idea whether it's on a free, or whether there's a small fee involved. Mourinho said it's sad that he's leaving Inter and has played his last game for them. That's not the kind of thing you'd say if you were just loaning him out. Got a feeling Vieira is becoming a permanent blue!
