I called the ticket office they said a few have had the same issue and they're trying to sort it. If we don't get an email we have to go to the ticket office on the day to get a paper ticket printed

Did anyone have any issues yesterday at the match getting in? I got stopped at the turnstile and had to show my ID took me a good 15 minutes to get in.

It was my ticket but got stopped by City Stewards and had to see the ticket office who wanted my ID to confirm it was me. Second time I've been stopped now said I was on some list for ticket compliance. Nearly missed the start of the match.
