How do I refresh my mobile pass?​

If your mobile ticket is displaying the incorrect details, please follow the steps below.
Apple Wallet
  • Open your Apple Wallet
  • Click on your Season Ticket
  • Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner of your screen
  • Make sure that ‘Automatic Updates’ are turned on (the icon/button should be green)
  • Drag the page down by placing your finger in the middle of the screen, then moving it down
  • This should then update to the correct details
Google Wallet
There is no manual way to update your Google Wallet. Please turn your device off and on, this should then update to the correct details.


Its all on City's website Tickets > Help & Support > Mobile Tickets
Their advice on Google Wallet is utter bollocks.
 
My android still showing Arsenal but too early to start worrying. I had to update manually early in the season but not had any problems since. If you need it, the way I updated was to delete the pass from my Google Wallet and then re-select the Add to Wallet option through the City Ticket website.
 
Don’t normally check until a couple of days before or when the notification pops up.
Just had a look and wolves still showing for me. On iphone and clicked the little i button on the bottom right - this has replaced the 3 dots.
Clicked the i, turned auto updates off, waited a bit, turned back on and the villa game dropped in immediately

WHen on the "i" screen pull down and release to update
What version ios and iphone have you got im latest all round and I still have the 3dots!
