In the 2013-14 Europa League, at least one of Swansea and Bradford will be participating, the only way that won't happen if is Chelsea win it and finish 6th/7th?

Its going to happen from time to time but thats football for you. Its a fickle thing at times. Still, the better squad is going to win out almost every time but in rare circumstances, inferior teams just embark on a form they haven't played on all season and they just take it to these other, more vastly funded teams.
I'm happy for Bradford.
