I went for Bernie as he was hard working and got a goal, however, Nico would have got it if he did not go off injured and Nunes was not far behind them. Shout out to Lewis, I don't rate him at RB, but he was neat and tidy in the centre and played well

Savinho for me, excellent assist, great ball to Lewis for Haaland’s goal, unlucky not to score what would have been a quality goal, and ruined the full back all night.
I’m amazed some can’t see his obvious quality,

After criticising him for months, some don't want to admit they might have been wrong.

Nunes had a really good game. Maybe his best yet. Nico Bernie and Rico were good and made up for their stature with skill and workrate. Savinho offers a bit of a paradox to me. Whilst he undoubtedly had some real highlights, his involvement in both goals was very good, he is inconsistent losing the ball or making a poor decision. He is still very young and he will get more consistent. Doku was marshalled pretty well all night. I thought Josko looked a bit ring rusty but John played well. Erling was Erling supercharged in the first half. Loved seeing him sprint back into defence then back to press their defence. Superb. I voted for Nunes.

Gonzalez was outstanding, truly Rodriesque or Rodri-light whatever you prefer. When he went off after getting his foot stamped on earlier by the alleged rapist we went down a level and started conceding needless possession which resulted in chances.

Got to give props to Nunes and Savinho who also were good 8/10's. Peps (whichever one you want) coaching looks like its starting to pay dividends, all 3 now looking like City players.

Loved our first half performance, passes had zip and we maintained tempo throughout. Second half not so much. We are getting there though and if we can turn these 60 minute performances into 90+ then we are where we want to be.
It was nice of the media to give the title to Liverpool or Arsenal in fucking September, lets prove to them what fucking nobs they really are and that a League season lasts 38 games not 6.

Nunes was outstanding, he's also been my player of the season so far.
thats a stretch, even if a noble one;) I mean first of all you have Haaland, whose been entirely outstanding, secondly Nunes basically has been on the bench until the Arsenal game because Khusanov been playing
