No apologies if this has been posted elsewhere, this morning.

Absolutely wonderful. I almost lost my brother-in-law when he was 13 to cancer and I remember how great City were and they even let him use a private box in the old Platt Lane for a game.

Well done, Villarreal. Classy.

Great work by the club and he seems like such a nice kid.

I always like to see our players reaching out to those less privileged in the community. Footballers are in very privileged positions and it's important to ground themselves occasionally. I know for example that Edin has always been mindful of being a role model to young Bosnians, many of whom have experienced very difficult life circumstances.

So well done to Villareal. I truly hope the young lad overcomes that horrendous disease.

I'd like to echo everything you said, Jolly.

Well done to Villarreal. What a way to make the lad's day.

And as you said, it's great that we do similar sorts of things here at City. May we never lose the 'common touch' that makes us the club we are.
