How exactly does someone getting a smack to the head make them "finished"? Bizarre thought process goes on in some peoples heads. It's a freak incident that could happen to anyone, just unlucky it's happened to him. Unless there's some muscular break down I've missed..

His susceptibility to injury is affecting how we choose our subs. We almost have to devote one sub to cover him leaving only two available for tactical reasons. We love you Vinny but we can't carry you anymore.

Fred Ayre was really worried at the time of the collision saying that it could be a very serious injury, and then Kompany received treatment for the head injury .
