I think the “Snowflakes” blame Tory austerity for the homeless problem and the devastating cuts to services for vulnerable adults.
If you ask anyone who works with the homeless, they’ll tell you that’s what the problem is too.
But I guess scapegoating “Snowflakes” for blaming the council is progress. 18 months ago people were getting called Snowflakes for highlighting there was a homeless problem at all.
I work with the homeless and that was the problem I was alluding to. The snowflakes I was referring to are the ones who slag the police for moving people on, often people who have homes, from rough sleeping. Mostly ones who read a headline and not the actual story and choose to believe everyone on the street is a homeless person.
