I wanna make a comparison with basketball where at the end of the regular season the best player of the league is voted and is described as the MVP which stands for Most Valuable Player.

If you had to vote for best player of Man City, I'm sure a lot would say Silva or Aguero which is fair cause they're sick players and great to watch but Kompany is my MVP by far as he is the one who brings the most value to the club, so solid defensively such great spirit and leader qualities and that is really really important.

Here in the states we saw the game on ESPN and for some reason there was a noisy neighbor near their broadcast booth and you can hear him through the walls!

I'd swear it was coming from a secret Fanzone recording session.

Unfortunately it could only be heard around the time of Vinny's goal.

I hope that in 10 years time, he is remembered along the same lines as Puyol and Cannavaro. He has the potential to be in that bracket.

Silva, Aguero - yes I could see them going if Barca or Madrid came in for them. Not Kompany though. There was a time not so long ago if Chelsea or United came in for any of our players I would have said they would have their heads turned, but not anymore. I can't see why any of our players would move to any other English club, even United. We are about to dominate for decades and Kompany has the opportunity to lead us into that first decade of domination. Not even Madrid or Barca would be tempting for him, in my opinion.
