Virus Removal Help, Pls...?

Just lately I have had a pop up warning me of win32/ Small.CA. as a virus and blue screen happen to me quite a lot. I have searched for it manually and with antivirus and cannot find a way to neutralise it as it's not obvious where it is.

Does anybody have a clue about this thing??
