JSP not ready to play in this current team, agreed.

But not his fault or due to lack of talent or commitment, but the current teams form and defensive qualities are just not there!!???

Which makes it very difficult for him to play his natural game, and be expected to learn from the players around him??!!

Which will also be the case for the 2 CB’s who we are talking about buying??

Straight into a team out of form and no proper CDM!!

Please can you now solve our defensive problems, thanks very much.

No CDM ,has the window shut? Anyway suspect Reis might not come straight away and Khusonov may well be played at right back.
 
He's a tall lad and looks a right threat for corners. Something only Stones gives us normally.

He has the stride of a giraffe...
 
Some context of City’s offer.

Brighton last week offered £24.5m (converted offer to pounds), Palmeiras thought it would be great if they could get £30m, which would be a record for a defender directly from the Brazilians. Current record £17m. City have just offered £33.5m pounds.

still maintain that kid was an upward path till a stupid loan to Portugal.

He was never gonna make the first team but was improving on a steady rate till that move

This is widely reported, so we can assume to be true. We may have offered more to get him now, but his club are still adamant at the moment he stays until end of summer and even suggested they may ask for more in bonuses.

Have Norwich got an option on Doyle? We might not even have a say in having him back.
 
I know abs nothing about him. Its big money so no way he gets loaned. he looks very thin so might take him a while to bulk out and be strong enough for the prem.

Guess it’ll depend on whether we think that extra tariff is worth it then.

It’s not my money, but I’d pay it. We’ve got loads to spend and a dire need to spend it!
