I don't see the value in selling him personally but if he keeps doing it at Rangers and he is to be sold, I think we should be looking for £5 million-ish.

I would like him to return though and spend another season in the first team squad and get a few chances in cup games to see how he does. I would hope playing in the SPL would toughen him up a bit as well.

Vlad hasn't played nearly enough decent level competitive football so far in his career, so obviously has a lot to learn. You can't progress just by reserve team football. It'll be a case of how much he learns during the season & how much he's progressed by the end of it. I recon he's a better footballer than Adam Johnson was at the same age but Johnson played regularly. If Weiss shows good progress, I'd keep him & if there was no place for him a t City, loan him out again next season then make a decision.

He seems to be improving quickly though so I recon he'll be back here. Transfer fee wouldn't be high if he did go, due to his lack of games. £5 mil maybe.

We can't carry two slowly progressing 'young' wingers in our squad, when we aren't even going to be playing with wingers in our desired formation.

Don't no if he'll stay at city but no disrespect to rangers or scottish football but he is going to be a far to good a player to play in the SPL
