I remember all those years ago when vodaphone started sponsoring rags, i phoned up to cancel and move to O2 or whatever it was then.
Easy enough to do then, however customer service girl asked why i wss leaving, i replied because im a City fan and your name is going on a certain other team shirt etc etc.
She replied 'Thats fine Sir, youre not the first to ring in today' !
Very satisfying.
