vs Sunderland Starting 11?

Aren't KDB and Sagna in a similar situation to a player who has had a 3 week injury in mid season? Wouldn't a couple of weeks training and a warm up game be enough?

I expect Pep will try to balance different objectives. Obviously fitness is a big factor, but also perhaps not wanting to field a team of strangers. It might also depend on who we are drawn in the CL qualifier and where/when the first leg is played.

Sane.......at 20 is he good enough to get into our starting 11 straight away ?
He has had outstanding games against Bayern Munich and Real Madrid so once he's settled in I would expect him to be a key player. Have to temper my expectations until I see him for real though.

Probably would be OK for one game, but given the long season ahead, I suspect we will want to give them a proper break. Particularly KDB.

First attempt so here goes how about
Hart
Stones kompany otamendi
Fernandinho gundogan
Sane kdb silva nolito
Aguero
This way kdb and silva get to play in
The centre in their best positions

Marvin - some people say he's another Sterling.

What is Sanes quality & style ?
Well I am not the most reliable guide! If I had to think of a single player to compare him to in style it would be Robben. He's very one footed, but has tremendous balance, and pace. Best thing I can do is refer you to some Youtube highlights as it's all I am going off:

Similar but he has a better touch/technique than Sterling

From what I've seen, he reminds me of a mix of Sterling and (dare I say it) a young Giggs, part of that may be the big hair

These teams that everyone is coming up with: It's for Sunderland < 2 weeks away. Bear in mind that some of our players are injured or not back in training yet. If players are not training by midweek, I don't think they will start against Sunderland, and that's being optimistic.

If as everyone is saying 3 up front. Kun is obviously one of them. The other two will be Nacho and Nolito.

Midfield 3. Silva, Delph and Yaya.

In goal..Joe

Hopefully get a few back up to fitness with the st johnstone friendly on wednesday and the arsenal game on sunday
