Fcuking annoying. Strange how the quietest the ground has been is when they stopped blowing the things to celebrate the goal. I think they detract from the atmosphere rather than add to it.

But they are the atmosphere. Like you said, it goes quiet when they stop blowing them.

I'm sure people abroad watching PL get bored listening to countless renditions of the three or four generic football chants every club's fans seem to use.

We knew what to expect after last summer when we played our friendlies out there. My only concern is after the world cup will they then be exported around the world to become part of every fucking game including European games. Just hope to god no Blackpool fans are out there because I am getting a mental picture of there place with hundreds or thousands of them being sounded in company with those bloody drums. I tell thee it is just notrite.
