Even if we do tell Blackburn to fuck off the next club will try to take the piss aswell because its obvious that we are desperatwe for a proven goalscorer.And they know we can afford it.

Was gonna post something similar. I would be quite happy now if we don't sign anyone and sack Hughes in the summer. I can't see Hughes being here next season so signing the likes of RSC, Parker and Bellamy would probably be for 6 months which is a bloody waste.
 
But are you willing to risk going through the rest of the season with just Sturridge,big phil,jo ,and benji unfit and boj unfit,as our front men-I think its a big risk.Might just have to get ripped off and take it on the chin this time.

I'm sure that's what big Sam is counting on, that Hughes thinks it's too much of a risk.
 
Thats what I mean we might just have to accept it and give in to fat sam its shit I know but MH obviously rates RSC and will do whatever it takes to get him.The fact is that our strikers goal return has been poor Robi and Ireland scoring most.We cant just rely on them for the rest of the season.

I agree, however some of these clubs we are dealing with are on the brink, plus scoring goals isn't really a problem, it's shipping them at the other end that is. Do we buy Bellamy and Parker now for say £25M or wait until they go into administration in about 4-8 weeks time and buy them for fook all in comparison once the administrators do a fire sale (which the league will allow). We have all the aces I say fook them.
