I'm waiting for the officail statement or line that will read something like....

"...we have made bids for playes we believe would improve on the squad we already have here. Unfortunately, for multiple reasons, these bids were rejected... We feel as a club that we will not buy the wrong player for the sake of it that would be wrong for the club..."

AKA, we're not buying anyone....wouldn't surprise me in the slightest!
