It was good. Downstairs is exactly the same, its only upstairs they have changed and made it City themed. It isnt exactly blow you mind stuff, but i enjoyed it for a few beers.

Thanks! Will give it a go then as it’s on the way to northern anyway. Don’t expect much but a nice change anyway.

It was part of the small pub group Bermondsey then. (Also had Crafty Pig on Oldham St, and Ox on Liverpool Rd) Sadly they were struggling and got absorbed into the Stonegate Pub Co. Now just another managed house and not Indie.

I went in after the match on Saturday, looks completely different to last time I went a few years ago, very bright and sports bar ish, I was a bit worse for wear but it seems ok.
