want a laugh?

It's all should've, could've, would've. Same story every year with Liverpool.

Haha, we were away in the same week as an overseas away game in the Champions League, while Liverpool had a week off.
Despite the worst refereeing display of many a year, culminating in us going down to 10 men, they still only got a point at home thanks to a huge slice of luck with an own goal.
That many of us are still gutted to only come away with a draw in those circumstances says as much if not more about Liverpool's current status as it does about us.

I cant really complain about us not finding a winner due to the sheer manner of our equaliser, when we scored that goal I had to make sure I hadn't fell into some kind of parallel universe whereby i was a Manc at Old Trafford, that goal had Utd written all over it .

If we didn't get that unbelievably lucky goal who knows what might have happened as they were on top and looked comfortable, however that ultimately changed the game and after that we were superb, granted they had their fair share of good chances too when at 1-1, I'm happy with the performance but not happy with that 5 draws in 7 home league games this season, that is such a shite record, dropped 10 points at home already and it's not even December....

This sums it up quite well tbh.

-- Mon Nov 28, 2011 12:49 pm --

Fair view. They talk about how many chances they had towards the end, but if we'd been able to hold on to the lead for at least 5 minutes we could have bossed the game from then on. Goals change games and yesterday they got very lucky.
