They would have gone on to win which would have been the catalyst for a 15 game unbeaten run.

To be fair they'd been far the better side and would have scored six more if only it had been.
 
How ironic that when Pulis is waiting in the wings, the one team he almost certainly won't go to is the first one to sack their manager.

Each manager has his level in my view and Warnock's level was that he was good enough to get you out of the Championship but not to keep you in the PL. They've got decent enough squad there and while they won't be challenging for Europe, they should be around the level of Southampton, Stoke & Swansea.
