City!
Considering three nights in early May whilst in between jobs. Nice break? Always fancied Poland and I can fly there from John Lennon Airport in Victimpool.

Fantastic City. Wasn’t a huge fan initially but it’s grown on me. Less touristy and much less pissed up Brits than Krakow.

Weather should be nice in may so it’s a great city to just wander around in. I can highly recommend the Uprising Museum, Nowy Swiat and Stare Miasto. There’s a statue to Kaz Deyna at the legia stadium, for some City content.

One thing to bear in mind when there. In 1945 Warszawa didn’t exist. 85-99% of the buildings were destroyed and all the Old Town was reconstructed from scratch. Some of the surviving buildings from that era still have the bullet holes.

As ironic as this sounds, I didn’t enjoy Amsterdam as it was too touristy. I barely met a Dutch person but there were plenty of Brits.
