Also if anybody wants a watch that ticks all of the following boxes :
- automatic
- diver certified (200m)
- uncomplicated dial
- completely "in house" movement,case,dial,hands, even bracelet
- from a watch maker that has been around for decades
- is owned by virtually all serious watch collectors
- goes up to 15 years between services
- can be cheaply serviced by any watchmaker, quickly and cheaply
- costs around £200 to buy, brand new.
Go for a seiko skx007. It is simply amazing value for money. Best in its class by a mile. Better than many watches costing 10 or 20 times more.
Go to yorkshirewatches.co.uk to buy. If you can forgive the fact that the company is owned by a yorkie the service is second to none.
