Watch/Fitness Tracker

Garmin is the most popular fitness tracker and I use the fenix myself, never had any issues with it and it does all sorts of metrics.
The next best would be coros which is the garmin competitor.
If your after a bargain my mate got one from decathlon and is quite happy with it, they are a coros but in a decathlon brand name

I use a Garmin Fenix… Mine’s a 3 so you don’t need to spend a fortune on the latest model..

Mine’s still perfectly adequate.. use it every weekday pretty much for my cycle ride but also for swimming, golf and walking.. mine is the Quatix so it even does tides and fishing stuff but I’ve never used those functions

Another vote for Garmin. I have the Fenix 6, lots of useful features, and does plenty of stuff I probably don't need it for. Had it just over 2 years, usually get at least 6-7 days life on it before it needs charging.

There is a epix gen 2 on sale in John Lewis. Not sure if you want to pay £600 but it's reduced from £900. They quite often have them on sale . I believe this model is a step up from the fenix .

I’ve got a Garmin you can have . I don’t use it . Not sure if the model but it’s more than adequate for what you want . It’s got the charger but no box/instructions etc . You can download these online .
