...drinking water to be precise, the substance of life n'all that, our Kirsty (bless her little daft woman cotton socks) has always insisted on 'Royal Deeside' (stilled, not sparklin) better known as a bottle of 'Duchy Originals' from that there Waitrose.

Good choice over the years but recently I've been bringin home bottles of Voss, not as a fashion accessory or owt but the easy access of its top/cap both the 375ml (very handy to carry) n the 800ml (very handy for wackin) makes em a tad easier to alkaline with Lime n thus doesn't compromise the integrity of the waters composition n beneficial attributes

Cucumbers, Melons and Coconuts are also great sources.

Supping water out of plastic vessels is a strict no-no in my personal opinion and fucks up ya intracts no end. (allegedly)

...What say mooners?

Well, if it's a choice between the flouridated shite out of a tap or warm crap what's been sat in a rat-infested warehouse for a month, I'll stick with Um-bongo.

haha, you mean 'council pop'

On a serious note tho, been advising a friend who's boy has a really messed up out of control pH level minus 20 on the acidity side of the scale and is hooked on soda pops n fizzies.

He is only 13 and his teeth are messed up no end!

Has to be water all the time for me... Try running around your block, almost tiring yourself out.
You won't be thinking of Lucozade, Pepsi and all that shit... If you're head is in the right place you'll be craving fresh, ice cold water.

I drink several pints a day. Usually tap water although I will buy Aldi spring water for out and about.

Little niece who's 8... She says to me: I don't like water. Constantly eating sugary shit and drinking chemically enhanced soft drinks.
I was like:Whhhaaaaat?
Water is life. Its the best drink in the world.

After a beast workout, there's nothing more I enjoy than an ice cold glass of water :)

When I'm at work I'll drink bottled or right out of a hose pipe.
Been lookin into Water Coolers but not yet made a decision on what one to go with, also been reading a few good snips from Dr. Theodore Baroody book 'Alkalize or Die' as well as many others.

When at home or eating out tap water only.

If I have to buy it then only out of a glass bottle, never plastic.

Went hiking into the White Mountains central Crete last year, came across a crystal clear stream and just stuck my head in it and drank and drank, best water i'v ever tasted, wish I could have bottled that and brought it home, the water is ok in this country but I sometimes put honey in it to perk it up

I use a PureAir filter to alkalise my water
I have a propensity for gout and one of the issues is the bloodstream being to acidic.
I tested the pH of our water and it was pH4 for ffs
The filter makes it pH8 which is much healthier without having to add lime or bicarbonates

Bottled water is literally the biggest and funniest scam of all time.

They have managed to find a market for the world's most plentiful substance which comes out of a tap in people's home (which is a much cleaner and safer variety of water), stick it in a bottle then sell it to people for a £1. Genius really.

I remember Peckham spring

I have lived in spain for the past 10years and the only thing I miss from Manc is the tap water.
The bottled shit here furs up the kettle I lived in London for a couple of years the tap water there tasted shit and furred up kettle an Bristol aswell.
Water in Manc although a little sweet is as good as anything in a bottle.

I'm replacing my Brita water filter with one of these this summer.
