Watford (A) - Post-Match Thread

- I really liked the look of that front 3, but I feel like we have a squad now that is so settled and so well drilled that players can come in and out and make it look easy. Beautiful football at times.

- Bernie is another level right now. What else can you say about him? Just unreal.

- Sterling is back, Sterling is back, hello, hello. You can see the fear in the defenders eyes again. Double or trebling up on him, and all of a sudden there is space all over the pitch.

- Thought Grealish had a good game. He's a goal or two away from going on a run, I think, which is scary for the rest of the league.

- You'll hear a lot about us scoring more, but given the chances/goals I think 3 or 4 will be about right in terms of XG. If we score 3 goals we will win the game.

- Our fans seemed up for it. We have a new song for a current player! Ace.

- Not really related, but my Sky Sports HD picture looks shite compared to BT. Anyone else? I had to checked I'd not switched on to SD. Really terrible, pale, grainy picture.

The amount of times secomd half he had acres of space and one defender and he slows it down. You know nothing is going to come of it.
his legs are going ten to the dozen but hes actually taking really small steps and actually moving at walking pace.

first half he was very good though for balance.
Yes, agreed.

Great to see Phil, Jack and Kev get some game time in their legs. Hope Jesus is OK after that bad tackle.

We are truly blessed to witness the way we play.

Great signs from Jack today - there will be big moments ahead for him and his link up play with Phil was a joy to behold. Also good that Kev was eased back and that Raheem is back to form - we need them all with the AFCON coming up.
Jack just needs to be a bit more selfish at times

Him a Phil are telepathic in the way they know each other positions so well but sometimes just go for the glory
