If Jesus scores and plays well, reward him with a start at Chelsea.

Sergio isn’t scoring away from home, and it hasn’t mattered. Watford is away from home.
So it’s unfair to expect something more of Jesus than you do of Aguero.

Unfair to expect gabby to score just because sergio hasn't scored away from home? gabby hasn't scored any prem goal since mid august,why is it a sin to say he needs to get scoring?

He’s also barely played, or comes on when the game is dead.

You said you were worried about Jesus’s lack of goals in Sergio’s absence. But as Sergio has barely scored away in the league, it’s not much to worry about.

I’d suspect the reason Sergio isn’t scoring away from home is similar to why Jesus is struggling to get on the score sheet. Our central strikers are being used to move the opposition defences about, create space for others.

Sergio has looked excellent for us this season, but he’s not looked anywhere near as deadly or predatory as usual, for me it’s because our strikers are being used in a different manor. They are both also likely missing the directness of De Bruyne & Mendy.

As a striker you have to be a goalscorer,if not you are just a non scoring foward player,sergio is scoring this season as he does every season so that not in doubt,he makes things happen,gabby was much better when he came to us,as i said in his thread it worries me,anyway this should move to that thread now
