Keep your eye on the ticket site it's very likely Watford will not take all tickets and their seats in the 3rd tier will be put back on sale to City fans. People will also list tickets if they can't go on the exchange, which you can buy in the normal way, but it's less likely you will get seats together this way.Aha, that explains it. Just to let you now they just opened up 313 and 314 so quite a few tickets left in there for Watford now. Managed to get 3 yesterday.

You can get tickets for this via Ryanair, albeit they're slightly above face value (and the kick-off is listed as 3pm instead of 5:30pm):
