A whole point away from the play off places ffs, obviously he had to go...
It's a farce. Now; obviously, the owners are perfectly entitled to run the club whatever way they see fit. But to sack a manager after 10 games, when they're just one point outside the top 6, is crazy. If they'd been down the other end of the table with maybe 7 or 8 points, you could (kind of) understand it. And the daft thing is, there'll be no shortage of candidates willing to put their neck on the block. What a ridiculous club
He did, sadly Edwards departure has made FGR much worse. They were on Sky over the weekend and lost 0-4 at home to Exeter.Didn't Forest Green's owner say that he hopes Karma strikes for Edwards? He will be having a laugh about this.
"Forest Green's owner Dale Vince told BBC Sport: "It takes a bit of the shine off winning promotion. If there's any karma in football they'll languish in the Championship and we'll meet them there in a few years' time.""
It's funny you should mention that....Watford manager... Easiest job in football. Sign contract, turn up a few times, get sacked with a lump sum payoff. No effort involved.
At current rate, I fully expect someone on BM to be offered the job in the next 18 months.
Most ridiculous club in England.
