Most of the fault lies with the people who keep offering failures like Shrek and Steve Bruce regular employment.

These clubs would obviously be aware of their track records with former teams, and yet regardless of how abysmal they have been they are still offered plum management jobs, thus costing the club millions. It's like some tax-evasion scam, offering lucrative wages to known failures.

Wouldnt put Bruce and Rooney in the same managerial league, Bruce has has reasonable success in the championship and got buolt a cracking team at Hull to get to a cup final
