Wayne Rooney

Unsurprisingly Rooney’s tiny mind is focusing on the wrong target.

I’d say Dean’s decision to blow at just over 95 minutes, given the amount of disruption to open play during injury time, was far more open to question than the actions of the QPR players in that period. There was a considerable delay in QPR restarting after Dzeko’s goal and more importantly from Sergio’s goal hitting the back of the net, to QPR being able to subsequently kick off, was over two minutes and yet he only went about 30 seconds over the minimum five minutes he had indicated just before the board went up. For at least half of the time afforded in injury time (including those extra 30 seconds) the ball was not in play.

I’d have been fucking fuming if United had been afforded that level of generosity in those circumstances.

I went to a sportsmans evening last week with Merson talking
tbf it was an ok night and he was honest about his wasted years

In the Q and A, I asked him about which pundits he rated
He rattled off the usual suspects about 'been there and done it' but then said Rooney, as his latest comments (not this one) had got a lot of reaction, 'so hes done well'

There you have the conundrum, if you are judged by reaction then the bar is set at a low level and the considered, literate, enlightened pundit will not be rated by the employers

Thats the world we live in,

You shoud have asked him if he thought Kev has had a decent career ?

Robbing £800K of the license fee payers money each year utter disgrace Im glad I dont contribute

The number of times the rags were afforded more time added on that there should have been is incapable there's are fact that if they weren't winning at OT then the ref would add more than if the opposite was the case
There should be questions asked about the rags game at Hillsbrough and the time added on when Bruce scored to win them that game

During the 1992-93 campaign Sheffield Wednesday and the rags played out two memorable contests. They shared six goals evenly on Boxing Day, while two late goals from Bruce in the return fixture sealed a 2-1 win for United and is often credited as the most crucial result on their run to the title.

I, unlike many others on here, pay my tv licence fee. Can I now refuse as they are actually giving money to this illiterate, incomprehensible, utter failure of a football tactician?
Can I demand a public enquiry as to the process of selecting him for this position of an "expert"?
I think the question should be asked as why / how did the Beeb come to value his presence as being worthy of £800.000 of tax payers money. Did any other channels offer him a position and how much were they offering to pay him?

Not sure if it's a new thing (or something he has decided to resurrect) but he seems to be really pushing the idea that QPR all but gave up for the Agueroooooooo moment. He cannot let it go. Mentions the ex City players in the QPR team.

How many ex rags were in that Sunderland team that day? And an ex rag managing QPR.

I see most of what he says is an attempt at being controversial. Yet he only comes off as a mumbling moron, completely unable to articulate anything he wants to spew.

Great footballer. Woeful manager. Awful pundit.
That would be a good banner to hold up at one game!

Tbf to Merson he admitted he was wrong and was embarrassed by his comment. Unlike that twat Stelling, who basically said everyone thought the same so it isn't a stupid comment. Which is complete bollocks, anyone who had watched the bundesliga that year knew he was going to be a star.

He’s getting absolute pelters online for what’s he’s said about Haaland. I suspect that’s his aim all along, to be controversial.

Struggled as a manager
Looks like a ****
Can’t keep his dick in his pants
What to try next? Oh I know, I’ll be a controversial ****.

Rooney is clearly still bitter about 2012 and it shows in the past week it is still getting to him. Embarrassing not to name Haaland and atleast he is getting hammered for it.

On the QPR stuff, he mentions City ex players. Im sure it was O shea and some other rag in the defence when he scored v Sunderland, they didnt seem like they were busting a gut to stop him scoring that day. Shame that wasn't brought up to him.

He talks like QPR players gave up from minute one I bet they put far more effort in than the Sunderland players. How anyone can watch that game and say they folded, its ridiculous.

Funny thing is there is a clip on Neville soccer box with phil neville telling a story that when the rags went 4-2 up v Everton one of the united players (he wouldn't say who) was telling phil to get the everton players to stop going for it as united need to win. So its ok for teams to stop for united but this twat still crying 15 years later about the same thing for city.

Top 3 players of the season so far.

Semenyo
Mbuemo
Gyokeres

Lol. What a THICK, bitter, fat pie eating bellend.
It's all about the likes and interactions.

Say something bonkers to get thg engagement and he gets to buy some more Werther originals flavoured Johnny's

Never hear the fat bastard mention that Sunderland had O'Shea, Bardsley and Fraizer Campbell in their starting eleven. Kieran Richardson was also there but out injured that magnificent day.
