"We are all Champions" - Pep's speech to staff & players

In life there are very few genuinely nice people pep is one of them, from the Harry arter incident to the player he cried with in his office about personal reasons we are very lucky to have the man at out club, a wonderful warm great human being I for one bow down to you pep.

Not perfection as I do accept that we will concede goals. But when we do we need to be a bit smarter. We know that teams get a huge boost when they score against us, step up their tempo, win more second balls. Sometimes we just need to weather that storm
 
Just had a survey sent to me about the vid - hope to god that doesn't mean this was all contrived for social media.


EDIT: Nevermind it was about the philosophy vid.

Fantastic stuff how he keeps mentioning the club as whole, a real togetherness. Even the tea ladys and laundry staff.
