I think because we have got this far in the league cup and Everton are still in that Europa thingy there hasn't been an available night midweek because one or both of us have always been playing. That should change now that we know that these two fixtures against United are our last two midweek games in the cup so a date should be arranged soon. I can't however escape the feeling that Everton are going to drag their feet as much as possible until they get some of their injured players back.
