I don't think anyone would say this transfer window has gone well so far.

We cant shift RSC or Ade to free up cash to keep UEFA's pets happy. Silva and NDJ have still not extended their contracts.

Kolo is pissed off that Bob prefers Savic and we still need another centre half (or at least someone who can play there if required)

Our rivals have strengthened...but have they strengthened enough?

Chelsea: Hazzard Oscar Marin. Three very good signings but don't underestimate how much Drogba will be missed. We just played them and we looked better.

Arsenal: Giroud Podolski Carzola. Again three very good signings (we should have gone for Carzola) but they've just lost their best player who scored/made half their goals.

Rags: RVP Kagawa Powell. Not bad and our closests rivals. In addition they have injured Cleverley and Vidic back. Easily the biggest threat. But after Rooney their two most influential players still appear to be Scholes (37) and Giggs (39)

The Champions: Rodwell. Good back up and we have Tevez back to his best by the looks of things.

Spurs and Liverpool: Seriously?

As it stands the Rags are the real danger again but I just get the feeling there is one more name to come for us that will tip the balance back in our favour. A signing that will say we are not going away and one that will push us on again.

Bollocks to FFPR we'll sort that anyway. We need to park our tanks on Roma's lawn and fire £££££ until DDR is ours....imagine him here.....now who do you think looks stronger?

I agree with you, but how will we get De Rossi? Roma fans are absolutely crazy about him and I don't really know if he would be happy in manchester.

Did Di Maria signed new contract with Madrid ?

I think he can improve the current midfield.

Then I think we will get another that is capable of doing a similar role though perhaps not quite as well.

If we get nobody else then I'd still give us the edge but I really don't think we are finished yet.

Plan A was to sell the fringe big earners and use the dosh towards new players but Ade and RSC are being arkward to say the least (yes,yes I know they are entitled)

I think we've just moved to Plan B...if its a choice between being overtaken and FFPR.. then staying on top wins and sign who we need anyway.

I'm convinced we will retaliate now.
