Don't really understand the issue. Rags get ANOTHER striker(and an overpriced one), but have failed to upgrade their mid which is what they're lacking in besides Giggs/Scholes. Meanwhile, we get a fairly decent backup in position we need.

Why would RM selll us Di Maria? Have they indicated somewhere they are trying to offload him?

Chelsea: Hazzard Oscar Marin. Three very good signings but don't underestimate how much Drogba will be missed. We just played them and we looked better.

Arsenal: Giroud Podolski Carzola. Again three very good signings (we should have gone for Carzola) but they've just lost their best player who scored/made half their goals.

Rags: RVP Kagawa Powell. Not bad and our closests rivals. In addition they have injured Cleverley and Vidic back. Easily the biggest threat. But after Rooney their two most influential players still appear to be Scholes (37) and Giggs (39)

The Champions: Rodwell. Good back up and we have Tevez back to his best by the looks of things.

Spurs and Liverpool: Seriously?

As it stands the Rags are the real danger again but I just get the feeling there is one more name to come for us that will tip the balance back in our favour. A signing that will say we are not going away and one that will push us on again.

Bollocks to FFPR we'll sort that anyway. We need to park our tanks on Roma's lawn and fire £££££ until DDR is ours....imagine him here.....now who do you think looks stronger?

Utd on the verge of sealing rvp deal,could see us come out and make a statement,rvp puts the rags in an even stronger position now,mancini knows this,the fans know this,and you can bet sheikh mansour knows this,i reckon we could see something big on the last day of the window...
