I thought we now had a policy for signing people under 26 so they get to spend their best years with us? RVP wasn't in that age group so we jibbed him. What makes you think that Rossi is on our radar? Would rather get a quality defender.
I agree with your point but De Rossi is an exception just like Yaya would be if we didn't have him. We were in for RVP and it was only us not selling Tevez or Dzeko that stopped that happening. De Rossi would play until 34/35 here easy imo. If we got 3 years top service out of him I'd be happy as a pig in shit.

I dont think not getting rid of Ade has made any difference to our plans, we can get rid in another window...
I am sure they have been knocked back over DDR, i would imagine he would have been a big target for the manager but we havent got him so either they wont sell or he doesnt want to come..

Not sure where that speculation has come from, but I don't think he's someone we're looking at. We want Lloris but Lyon are holding it up.
