It is often reported and said on here that we are owned by ADUG or Sheikh Mohammed and all these other people but after reading the David Conn book it confirms we are owned solely by Sheikh Mansour. Conn is invited to Abu Dhabi to speak with Khaldoon at his house and Khaldoon clearly states that Sheikh Mansour personally owns the club, it is all his money that has been invested. It is nothing to do with Abu Dhabi as a country or ADUG.

According to the Annual Report we are owned by ADUG, which is described as being "controlled" by Sheikh Mansour. That implies he's the majority shareholder in that company but not the sole shareholder.

ADUG owns City, Sheikh Mansour is the only shareholder in ADUG..

But!..There are other stakeholders, Khaldoon himself works for a higher authority than Sheikh Mansour (Sheikh Mo bin Zayed, the crownprince) who happens to be Sheikhs Mansour older brother and leader of the Bani fatima fraction of the Al-Nahyan family.

People on here confuse ADUG with ADIA I think..

It says in the club accounts that he "controls" it. That implies a shareholding greater than 50% but less than 100%.
