We buy any car company----Query

Its part of Carshaft in Rochdale,
As said previous, they will give you a price on the phone then chip you in the bollocks face to face,
If you do need rid of a car then dont tell them the reason your getting rid, I know of a guy who sold them a mint A3, he told them he was emigrating the next day, they offered him less than half face to face than from the phone call.

The go by there word, they will buy any car, just not at the price you want.

Thanks guys! I've got another car lined up[ no p/x] Clearly people have had mixed experiences but i'll give em a whirl. If they make a really daft offer then obviously they can piss off.
Thanks again.

My gf put her car on gumtree 2 weeks ago. 5 phone calls within 10 minutes of it going on (1 within a minute). Money was in her hand 50 minutes after it went on the site. I would say use that instead

I used gumtree to sell my car too

We buy any car? - Believe me they don't. I put Derek Birds Piccasso into their system for a laugh back in June, and they would't touch it even though it had plenty of tax and mot left (but did need a new wheel, some glass, and a bit of t-cut)

i was offerd £45 for my 406 in good nick beltin runner mint £800 book price told um to fuck off

ebay motors. make sure you do a decent job of the listing, take lots of pics of the car, pay for the supersize pics (why you see so many listings without it, when it costs PENCE to do this completely baffles me). Be straight up about it if there are problems, but talk up the good points too. if you've spent any money on maintaining/ repairing it, say so, in detail. Sold an average 6 year old peugeot for just above book value in 24 hours flat, cash in hand, this way.

In two minds whether to use these.
Currently got a Mondeo, book price for part ex is £985, (it's a 2004 ST diesel with 83k on the clock). Private sell could get £1600 plus, but I would need to spend a bit to get it up to a sellable standard. Going for an Insignia, £8k and the dealer has offered me part ex value of £800 for mine. I've told him all is well with the car, mechanically, but not told him the key fobs on the central locking don't work. He hasn't asked about that, and has agreed the price, but wondering now if he will fuck about when he sees the locking is fucked. My mate says it will just go to auction and not to care. Might just buy the car outright though and sell mine to WBAC.com.
