We CAN do it next week! [Merged] POST IN HERE ONLY!

feel gutted about tonight lads but if we play at are best 100mph we will rock them about next week.

COME ON CITY

Its not impossible. Personally, I cant see us stopping them scoring, but we could still do them 3-1, and then its anybody's in extra time or even penalties.
Its not all over, stranger things have happened. Hamburg are a good side but so are Aston Villa and Arsenal, and if we replicate either of those results at home we will be through.

Adversity

It appears it's not only the team that's forgotton how to win trophies - as fans we need to develop a bit of backbone.

Not many teams win trophies without overcoming real adversity somewhere along the way. If the team fold up and die, as some fans appear to be doing, we can forget it.

I hope the mood next week is fanatical support, not just support until something goes wrong. We need to be at it from the first to the last - if we keep it up, the team will be forced to lift it - I really believe it's down to us.

They're a top team but for 45 minutes we troubled them today, by the end of the game most of us seem to have forgot that.

We can do it. Think of any glorious European night other English clubs have had - without exception they came about because the fans never gave up on the team.

This is our test as much as the teams, let's see what we're made of.

Well...
Hamburg is at best at counterfootball with Petric/Olic and both wingers Jansen(today leftback due to injuries)/Trochowski.

I guess City will lose after long time home with 1-2 or 2-3 by simple counterattacks of Hamburg.
Today was the chance for City to get a 2-2 or something like that because Hamburg has hard times to make the game by themselves.

Away Hamburg doenst care if there is noise or whatever. Kicked out Galatasaray away and that was "the hell" of Istanbul. 5 away matches 5 wins.

Looking forward to this match but honestly i guess its over.

Fair enough, but you haven't seen us turn teams over even when we were a lot worse than this. 2-0 is nowhere near impossible.

at 2-1 i was happy, i probably would of took that before the game tonight, but 3-1 has made it slightly harder, 2-0 at home is not all impossible, it's just like city to go 1-0 down week then we batter them and score 6!!!!!!

KEEP THE FAITH
IN HUGHES WE TRUST
IT'S NOT OVER

ISTANBUL WERE STILL COMING.
